Dennis D. Davis II is a licensed Texas attorney specializing in business and health care law with a focus on compliance, regulatory operations, and organizational development. He currently serves as the Chief Compliance and Legal Advisor for StrikeCoach Inc., a fit-tech startup based in Cibolo, Texas, where he oversees all legal, corporate, and compliance matters. In this role, Dennis provides strategic counsel on corporate structure, contract negotiation, privacy law, and regulatory compliance to ensure the company’s operations align with both state and federal standards.
Alongside his work with StrikeCoach, Dennis worked as a Compliance Specialist with an experienced North Texas Healthcare Law Group, where he partnered directly with clients to establish and structure new health care entities, including medspas, dental offices, clinics, and urgent care centers. His work included drafting and negotiating Master Service Agreements, vendor and employment contracts, Letters of Intent, privacy policies, and patient consent forms. Dennis guided clients through the full lifecycle of business formation, licensing, and compliance implementation, helping them build legally sound and operationally efficient organizations.
Dennis holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law where he completed certifications in Mediation, Arbitration, and Health Care Compliance.
